Obecnie zmianie ulega sposób myślenia o zasobach przedsiębiorstwa i źródłach przewagi konkurencyjnej. Szczególną uwagę zwraca się na zasoby niematerialne, do których należą m.in. kompetencje menedżerów i pracowników. W artykule omówiono istotę kompetencji, jej rodzaje i modele. Przedstawiono strukturę zasobów przedsiębiorstwa oraz rolę kompetencji menedżerów i pracowników w tworzeniu wartości rynkowej przedsiębiorstwa.

The way of thinking about enterprise resources and sources of competitive advantage is changing. Particular attention is paid to non-material resources, which include, among others, the competencies of managers and employees. The article discusses the meaning of competencies, its types and models. A structure of corporate resources is presented, as well as the role competencies of managers and employees plays in creating market value of a company.
